Answers about buying Robux, selling, your wallet and refunds. When an answer depends on your order or account, it names the page that shows yours.
Browse the marketplace, choose a group listing, and enter your Roblox username when checkout checks membership. We only ever ask for your username, never your password. The listing and order pages show stock, rate, eligibility, and the next action at every step. Roblox may hold a delivered group payout as Pending Robux for a security check before you can spend it; Roblox does not publish how long that takes.
Eligibility windows are per group: about 3 days for verified groups, about 14 days for normal ones. Roblox can extend a window past the usual length, so these are estimates rather than guaranteed eligibility dates. A longer window does not remove your group membership; your order page shows the estimate recorded for your group and the step your order is waiting on.
Checkout accepts cryptocurrency or your Limblox wallet balance. If you have a Limblox gift card, redeem it in your wallet to add balance. Limblox does not charge a card or PayPal directly. Sellers set their own rates, so there is no single fixed price: every listing shows its rate, and checkout shows the exact total before you pay. When enough recent completed orders back an average, the recent sold rates appear right below this answer.

Checkout walks you through creating a gamepass at the required price on your Roblox account. We buy your gamepass automatically after payment, and this order page updates on its own. Roblox shows the purchased Robux as pending first. Roblox typically clears pending Robux in 5 to 7 days. Roblox controls that timing, not Limblox.
The gamepass price is higher than the Robux you receive because Roblox keeps 30% of every gamepass sale. The required price adds that cut back in, so the amount you chose is what lands after Roblox takes its share.
Checkout re-checks the gamepass with Roblox and stops when the price, sale state, or visibility does not match what the order needs. The failure screen names the exact cause and its fix, and every fix path ends back at the check. Roblox did not return this gamepass when we looked it up. There is no separate hidden or private state: a pass that is not publicly visible surfaces exactly this way.
No, if you own the group. You prove the account and the group are yours with a short code in your profile's About, then invite our payout account with a role that can only spend group revenue. A Roblox session cookie is a sensitive credential. Limblox never sends the stored value back to your browser, and your seller tools show the access it currently has. Remove the account in Limblox, and log out of all Roblox sessions to end its session cookie. Read the full guide: Cookie safety.
Limblox pays buyers out of your Roblox group, so the connected account has to be allowed to send group payouts. Groups are not added by hand. Connect the Roblox account that holds your payout permissions and its groups arrive with the next sync. Read the full guide: Group permissions.
Order handling here is automated: when a buyer pays, Limblox submits the payout from your group without waiting for you. Roblox asks for a two-step verification code at that moment, so Limblox has to be able to answer it on its own.
