Three things keep a group off your list: the connected account does not hold payout access in it, the account's first sync has not finished, or you connected a different Roblox account than the one holding the access. Check them in that order.
Changing a role on Roblox does not reach Limblox until the next sync picks the change up.

Which Roblox access does Limblox need in my group?
The connected Roblox account has to sit in a group role that is allowed to send group payouts. Roblox controls that through the group's role permissions, so the group owner or a role that manages permissions sets it.
My group is missing. What should I check?
Your Roblox account is still syncing. Groups you have payout access to appear here on their own once it finishes. If it is still missing once the sync has finished, the connected account does not hold payout access in that group.
Does connecting the account let Limblox change my group?
The connected account is used to read the groups it has payout access to and to submit the payouts your listings sell. Your seller tools show the access the stored credential currently has.

How long do buyers wait before my group can pay them?
Roblox makes a new member wait before your group is allowed to pay them, so a buyer's first order from one of your groups starts with that wait. Eligibility windows are per group: about 3 days for verified groups, about 14 days for normal ones.
