These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you and the Limblox application (the "Service"), which is managed by Limblox Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").
Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before using the Limblox application (the "Service").
Your use of the Service is subject to your acceptance and adherence to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Marketplace Fees
A platform service fee applies to seller earnings: 10% of the order total. Buyers pay the listed price; no additional buyer fees.
Example: if a customer pays $100.00, the seller receives $90.00.
Refund Policy
A marketplace order qualifies for a refund on one condition: you paid and fulfillment cannot complete. The amount we received for the order is then credited to your Limblox wallet balance.
Refund timing is per order rather than a promised window. Your order page shows whether recovery is still in progress, a refund action is available, or a refund has completed, and it is where a refund is claimed. Guest orders may require signing in or confirming the checkout email before the refund is released.
User Content
The Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials ("Content"). You are solely responsible for any Content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By submitting Content to the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, publicly perform, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content through the Service. You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display, and are responsible for protecting those rights. This license also allows us to make your Content available to other users, who may use it in accordance with these Terms.
You confirm and warrant that: (i) you own the Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights described in these Terms, and (ii) posting your Content on the Service does not violate any privacy, publicity, copyright, contract, or other rights of any person.
Accounts
When creating an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your password, whether with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to share your password with any third party. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, a name or trademark that you are not authorized to use, or any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Our policy is to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any person.

Limblox Ltd. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Limblox Ltd. is not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available through any third-party websites or services.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately. If you wish to close your account, you may simply stop using the Service.

In no event will Limblox Ltd., or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Limblox Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not guarantee that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any specific time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your expectations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements we may have had regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is significant, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not accept the new terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
