How a group reaches your seller tools

   Give the account group payout access on Roblox

   Roblox grants payout access through group roles. The account you connect has to sit in a role allowed to send group payouts, and only the group owner or a role that manages permissions can change that.

   Connect that Roblox account to Limblox

   Groups are not added by hand. Connect the Roblox account that holds your payout permissions and its groups arrive with the next sync.

   Let the first sync finish

   Your Roblox account is still syncing. Groups you have payout access to appear here on their own once it finishes.

   Turn on Auto 2FA for that account

   Selling stays off until Auto 2FA is on: listings from an account without it are kept out of the marketplace buyers see.

When a group does not appear

Three things keep a group off your list: the connected account does not hold payout access in it, the account's first sync has not finished, or you connected a different Roblox account than the one holding the access. Check them in that order.

Changing a role on Roblox does not reach Limblox until the next sync picks the change up.
