Browse the current catalogue, choose a group listing, and enter your Roblox identity when the purchase flow needs to check membership. The listing and order flow show access, stock, eligibility, rate, and the next available action.

Eligibility windows are per group: about 3 days for verified groups, about 14 days for normal ones. Roblox can extend a window past the usual length, so these are estimates rather than guaranteed eligibility dates. A longer window does not remove your group membership; check the current listing and order state for what applies.

Choose the current gamepass listing and follow its purchase instructions. Roblox's marketplace fee and pending process apply to this delivery path, and the order page shows the current state.

Available payment methods can change. Review the options shown in the current checkout before placing an order.

Open your wallet and choose Add Funds. The top-up flow shows the methods currently available and tracks the payment state before updating the balance.

Open the wallet to review your current balance and transaction records. The navigation may also show the signed-in account balance.

Refund availability depends on the individual order state. Open the order to see whether recovery is still in progress, a refund action is available, or a refund has completed.

If the order exposes a refund action, use it from that order page. The same page records the result and tells you what to do if the action cannot complete.

Use the order-specific refund state rather than a general timing promise. It shows whether the refund is available, processing, completed, or needs support.

Open your wallet and start a withdrawal. The form shows the destinations currently supported and the information required for the selected destination.

Fees depend on the selected destination. Review the current fee and the amount you will receive before confirming the withdrawal.

Any applicable minimum is shown for the selected withdrawal destination in the current form.

Open Account Settings and then Security to configure two-factor authentication with the options shown there.

Open the Sessions page in Account Settings to review signed-in devices and revoke a session you do not recognize.

Change your password, enable two-factor authentication, revoke unrecognized sessions, review recent account activity, and contact support if an order or balance entry is unfamiliar.
