Join the group from your account and complete a one-time eligibility wait (~14 days for normal groups or ~3 days for verified groups). Afterwards, payouts on trades are instant.

If your order failed and a refund is available, go to the order page and click the "Claim Refund" button. The refund will be credited to your wallet balance immediately.

Wallet refunds are instant once you claim them. If you paid with cryptocurrency and didn't have a wallet balance, you may need to use the refund to place a new order or contact support for alternative options.

If you're a seller, go to your Dashboard and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred cryptocurrency and enter your wallet address. Withdrawals are processed within minutes.

Go to Account Settings and click on Security. You can enable 2FA using an authenticator app. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account and funds.

In Account Settings under Security, you can view all devices where your account is logged in. You can revoke access to any session you don't recognize.

Immediately change your password and enable 2FA if you haven't already. Revoke all other sessions from Security settings and review your recent activity. Contact support if you notice any unauthorized transactions.
